This Privacy Policy applies to TotInk pages and tools, including worksheet generators, printable activity pages, public gallery features, share pages, contact pages, and related website features operated under TotInk.

TotInk is designed for parents, teachers, homeschool families, and other adults who create printable learning activities for children. Children should use TotInk only with adult guidance. This policy is provided for transparency and does not replace legal advice for your own organization, classroom, or website.

Section 2

Information we may collect or process

Depending on how you use TotInk, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Worksheet content you enter, such as names, words, letters, short sentences, settings, uploaded images, selected templates, and worksheet options used to generate printable pages.
• Optional public sharing content, such as generated preview images, captions, template type, filename, and related metadata if you choose to share a result to the public gallery.
• Contact information, such as your email address, name, message, screenshots, URLs, or other details you submit when contacting TotInk.
• Technical and usage information, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from network information, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, error logs, and interaction events.
• Cookie and advertising information, such as cookie identifiers, ad interactions, analytics events, and similar technologies used by analytics or advertising providers.
• Publicly available or user-provided information needed to investigate abuse, fix bugs, respond to support requests, or handle removal requests.

Section 3

How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide worksheet generators, live previews, downloadable PDFs, sharing features, gallery pages, and related site functions.
• To operate, maintain, debug, secure, and improve TotInk pages and tools.
• To respond to contact messages, bug reports, privacy questions, public gallery removal requests, and support requests.
• To understand site performance, popular pages, user flows, and technical issues through analytics and aggregated reporting.
• To support the website through advertising or similar monetization where ads are shown.
• To prevent misuse, spam, harmful uploads, copyright problems, security abuse, or other activity that could harm users or the service.

Section 4

Local worksheet generation

Many TotInk tools are designed so previews and PDFs are generated directly in your browser. In normal use, worksheet text and selected images may be processed on your device for preview, layout, and export.

Local generation means that TotInk does not intentionally store that content on our servers unless you use a feature that uploads, shares, sends, or otherwise submits it.

Some pages still load scripts, fonts, sample assets, templates, CDN resources, analytics, ads, or public gallery data from TotInk or third-party services so that the site can operate correctly.

Section 5

Optional public sharing and gallery content

Some TotInk tools may offer a public sharing, gallery, or share-preview feature. If you choose to share a generated preview, the shared item may be uploaded, stored, resized, moderated, displayed publicly, indexed by search engines, or opened by other visitors.

Do not share information that you do not want to be public. Avoid children’s full names, school identifiers, addresses, private photos, classroom rosters, contact details, or sensitive information in public gallery content.

If you need help removing a public shared item, contact TotInk through the contact page and include the shared page URL, filename, screenshot, or other details that help identify the item.

Section 6

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and similar technologies

TotInk may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, analytics tools, advertising services, CDN services, and hosting providers to operate, secure, improve, and support the website.

• Essential or functional storage may help the site remember language choices, interface state, or tool settings.
• Analytics tools may help us understand page views, events, device types, referral sources, and site performance.
• Advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and support the website.
• Security and hosting providers may process technical information to deliver pages, block abuse, cache files, and protect the service.

TotInk does not control every third-party website or service linked from our pages. If you open an external service, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

TotInk is intended to help adults create learning materials for children. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal information directly to us.

Adults should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about children and should not publish children’s personal information through optional public sharing features.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to TotInk without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.

Section 9

When information may be shared or disclosed

We may share or disclose information in limited situations:

• With service providers that help operate, host, secure, analyze, advertise, or support TotInk.
• When you choose to publish or share content through a public gallery or share page.
• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests from public authorities.
• To investigate, prevent, or respond to security issues, abuse, fraud, harmful content, copyright claims, or safety concerns.
• If TotInk is involved in a business transfer, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or similar event, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell worksheet text, uploaded worksheet images, contact messages, or children’s personal information as a standalone product.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through TotInk. These measures may include HTTPS, access controls, hosting protections, moderation practices, and limiting access to information where appropriate.

No website, browser, network, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure. You should avoid entering or sharing sensitive information that is not needed for the activity.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the type of information and the feature used:

• Locally generated worksheet content is not intentionally stored by TotInk unless you upload, share, or submit it.
• Public gallery items may remain available until removed, hidden, expired, or otherwise moderated.
• Contact messages may be kept as long as needed to respond, maintain records, and handle follow-up requests.
• Analytics, logs, advertising, and security data may be kept according to provider settings, operational needs, and legal requirements.
• Backups, caches, and logs may retain limited copies for a period of time before deletion or rotation.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or opt-out choices for certain personal information.

• You can avoid optional sharing if you do not want a preview to become public.
• You can avoid entering unnecessary personal information into worksheet tools.
• You can clear browser storage, cookies, and cached files through your browser settings.
• You can use browser or device settings to limit cookies, tracking, ads personalization, or similar technologies.
• You can contact us to request removal of a public gallery item that you submitted or that raises a privacy concern.
• You can contact us about privacy questions, access, deletion, correction, or other requests related to information we control.
• If we cannot verify a request or identify the relevant item, we may ask for additional details before acting.

Some data may be controlled by third-party providers, such as analytics, advertising, hosting, browser, or device services. Their privacy controls may need to be managed through those providers or your device settings.

International visitors

TotInk may be accessed from different countries. Information may be processed in countries where TotInk, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, or other service providers operate.

Privacy laws vary by location. We aim to provide clear information and reasonable choices, but you should contact us if you have a specific privacy request under laws that apply to you.
